As members of the very community which we serve, Community Care Health is proud and honored to have had the opportunity to partner with Catholic Charities during its annual Turkey Drive.

As we helped provide more than 2,000 holiday meals to our neighbors most in need, we understand the importance of playing an active role our community to ensure a stronger community for all of us.
